You are currently suffering from neck or lower back pain and have decided to schedule a visit with a chiropractor, but how do you decide where to go? In a city as large as Houston, you have many different options when choosing your chiropractic care. In this post, I’ll explain what you should look for and what sets CORE Chiropractic apart from the competition.
The First Visit
At CORE Chiropractic, your first visit is designed to determine what your problem is, and if we are the right office to help you. If we don’t truly believe that we can help, we won’t treat you, and we will help you find someone better suited for your needs. To determine if we are the right office for you, the doctor will sit down and discuss your problem at length with you. This consultation goes a long way in forming a proper diagnosis of your condition.
After the consultation, we will perform a full examination on your spine including orthopedic and neurologic tests that will help rule out anything that may keep us from treating you. Finally, if neccessary, our office is equipped with on-site x-rays, so you won’t have to go anywhere else to have these done. As you can see, we are not like some offices that just “crack” you and send you on your way. We really take the time to learn exactly what is wrong with you before we begin any treatment.
Report of Findings
Following the consultation, exam and x-rays, your doctor will then give you a full report of what they found. At this time we will explain what the problem is and how we intend to correct it. You will also get a treatment plan that outlines how many times we recommend that we see you, and exactly what your financial responsibility will be. We have number of payment options to help ensure that you can afford the care that you need. Only after all of this is completed will we begin with your treatment.
Your Time is Important To Us
At CORE Chiropractic, we realize that you have a busy schedule and don’t have time to spend all day in a doctor’s office. This is why we have catered our treatments to fit your schedule. After the first two visits, the average time spent in our office is only 15-20 minutes. Our patients love the fact the we get them in and out as fast as possible, with little to no wait time. Our office hours also allow you to schedule appointments on your way to work in the morning, on your lunch break, or on your commute home at night.
These are just a few of the things that set our office apart from others in the area. We only accept cases we believe we can help, we take time to explain your problem and how we can fix it, and then we respect your time and make treatments as quick and easy to schedule as possible. If you are looking for a chiropractor, we would love to help you. You can schedule an appointment by calling our office, or by booking on our website right now.
